They will treat you like trash. </p><p>I'm sure they will have a lot to say about me , they are good at wording things well , and making things look well for them. </p><p>Myself, and everyone I know ,has been shocked at the way they have treated me any my two young daughters. They seem to think they are bigger and better/ and perhaps they have the upper hand in this particular situation. They will say I was a bad tenant , but the house has been exceptionally maintained. I never called and made a fuss about anything. They will say I boarded dogs . I did. For friends. To make extra money to make ends meet. I offered to put down more deposit . They were never willing to have a conversation. They chucked section 21 through the letterbox , without any forewarning , knowing I have two young children who could have read it first! ( they make a profit by getting the landlord to re-let) </p><p>They informed me they wanted to carry out an inspection, and when I said I wanted to be there for it , and on that particular day I wasn't available due to work , they tried to intimidate me. When I stood my ground and offered many other days I would be available, they said “it's happening when we say it's happening “ </p><p>I have two young children, of course I don't want strangers in our home without me present. They wouldn't hear it . It's their way or the highway. As far as I'm aware , both parties should come to a reasonable agreement. </p><p>They have been rude via email and via the phone. Showing real bullish behaviour. I will admit , after section 21 was served , I paid my rent late , but NEVER before. That was because I was angry (acting on emotion )that they are evicting us , only to re- let the property to another tenant. I offered to pay more rent , I offered to put down more deposit. When I called them , they laughed at me and intimidated me. They have chosen to make us homeless, just to re let the property. They never had a conversation with me . It is a personal vendetta, they have done nothing but discriminate against me. I am willing to admit to my mistakes, I am certain they will come back with a very professional reply to this review. I can see from all the previous reviews they can't accept any criticism and get extremely defensive. But there are many reviews all saying the same things 'rude' , 'unhelpful ' unprofessional ' etc </p><p>This is not a company which is run by decent people , it seems they are a bunch of sharks who will do anything for extra money. They will attack, they will not listen , and they will belittle and bully you. </p><p>I have emails showing this is a pattern of behaviour .</p>

I had a great experience with Let It Kettering, I logged an issue with our toilet at 1 pm and it was fixed by 4 pm the same day. So helpful all the time , tried to get problems solved very quickly .
The only thing I would say , which is not connected to all the team . Iv called a few times and been interrogated why I want to speak to someone . That member of staff has been very rude. People skills needed I think!!
But I wont let that effect a 5 star rating for rest of the team

Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Unable to fully read emails before responding. Went as far as calling me names in emails which got sent back to me. I looked at Kettering as an investment area nearly four years ago and interviewed all the agents in the town.
Lett-It were the stand out agents, by far, and three and a half years and a few properties later they have proved time numerous times that they were the right choice.
They are friendly, courteous, polite, professional, responsive and communicative. Their stand out feature is their honesty. The owner, Mark Hurd, could easily have told me what I wanted to hear about filling my property in two weeks which is what I usually got from everyone but he said we won't just put anyone in your property. They have to be the right tenant or we won't do it. That's what I wanted to hear. They have been true to their word.
I know I can always call up to discuss the state of the market amongst other things and they always have time to talk.
One o& the best decisions I have made in my property career and I can't recommend them highly enough!

This agents fees are superb compared to the others. I am a soldier and they took that into consideration and ensured that I was given a very good rate in relation to their management fee. The best around by far.

I cannot praise the team at Let It in Kettering. They have been looking after my let property for several years now but this year they stepped outside their comfort zone and excelled in the assistance and management of my situation. In early March whilst my property was unoccupied waiting for new tenants to move in I had a major escape of water from the tank in the attic. This leak went on for a few days to the point where water was pouring out of the front door. The team at Let It went round and found the horrendous damage to the house which obviously I was devastated by. The new tenants where supposed to move in the next day!! I immediately visited the house and then set about trying to assess how I was going to put the house back together. It was totally destroyed inside. That is where the team at Let It really stepped up to the mark. They quickly were able to assign contractors to come in and remove all the damaged carpets etc and get the right equipment in to start to dry the house out. The leak was repaired and then the painstaking task of trying to put the house back together for the tenants began. Liam Dupree was outstanding in his assistance for me as I do not live locally to the property and he kept me up to speed with the rebuild progress and was always there on site to make sure everything was being done correctly. All the ceilings had to be replaced and a new kitchen was fitted. The whole house was redecorated from top to bottom. All this was sorted out by Liam and others at the Kettering branch. The house was finally finished off in October last year and the new tenants moved in at the start of November. It was only down to the team at Let It that this was able to happen. Without them I would have been totally lost and not been able to get the project on track and now back to having a property that is almost brand new. This to me was an example of them going out of their way to make sure that as a valued customer I was their priority to get assistance and the situation fully rectified. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for me over the past year. I will be with them for as long as I have a property.

My experience of this agent has been nothing but positive. I have always found their staff to be extremely efficient, professional and friendly.

When I haven't received any phone call by the end of the day, I've decided to phone them myself. I could not believe when another person on the phone told me that the landlord says this property (non-shared one bed flat) is FOR FEMALES ONLY! Ridiculous! How about placing the truth into the advert rather than wasting people's time?! I guess you are too scared for publicity to know that you work with sexist landlords. It is the 21st century on the street. Shame on you.

Would advise to avoid this letting agent! Had nothing but problems with them. I've had multiple conversations with people about important information that's not been passed over to the landlord. Booking in viewings for a property without speaking to me until they have checked availability whilst I still lived at the property. Just avoid them...will definitely never ever use them again or recommend to anyone.

We have had an absoloutely terrible time with this agency.
We are first time landlords and trusted the `hype` that owner Mark Hurd displayed to us.
In fact they have took our money each month and have not delivered on their promisses.
They have not responded to phone and email messages they have been rude over the phone and even treatening and email and have used a `bully boy` stance to try to frighten us when questioned. Mark is a solicitor and he uses this to bully in any way he can.
Luckily we are free from them now and would not reccomend anyone having anything to do with them unless yuo are up to the fight.
