Dear Dagmire,
It is the landlord's decision to evict you not Let It's.
The reasons are because you have been in repeated breach of your tenancy by not paying your rent, denying access to your property for inspections and operating a dog day care business from the property which you have refused to stop doing.
We are not earning extra money because we take a commission from the rent which you have chosen not to pay.
You are not a good tenant, you are, in fact, quite the opposite. ...

This statement is dishonest and abuse of your review system. I have only just seen it but I remember this situation very clearly because of the questionable attitude of the landlord towards her legal responsibilities and duty of care to the tenant.
