Awful experience, I rented a flat using Robinson and Jackson using their highest premium meaning they would sort all issues with the flat. They were friendly up until the point I signed the contract to use them, then they disappeared and were difficult to get hold of. When I wanted to stop renting the property they were not helpful at all and in July, two months after I had regained the property they sent me a £160 bill from December the previous year saying they had forgotten to tell me the boiler had stopped working and they needed to repair it. Absolutely awful, would not recommend at all.

Absolute bell ends from the welling branch * couldn't manage the toilet ques let allow be management. How a company can have these 2 represent them is beyond me. Just shows the standards they have. Be very careful as they also * so they will constantly lie above properties and offer. Very unprofessional, very poor communication skills and will make buying your home a nightmare. Stay away from welling branch and try others if really desperate but believe me and the others who have written on here they are a disgrace. More like the chuckle brothers or dumb and dumber. The 1 star is way too high for this company. Buying a home is meant to be a pleasant experience and not a peasant experience. Shocking communication skills, no customer service skills, i am very surprised that the so called directors/partners conduct themselves in the same manner and there is a very poor complaints procedure. Customer reviews mean nothing to this company as if they did they would do something about the clowns they have in their welling office. I really hope no one goes through the experience i have with them and also i would urge you to put a review up so people can see how terrible they are. Most good reviews will be from people selling their homes but look at the one looking to buy?? They may advertise as they have the most properties but they forgot to state they have the worst service and no care attitude. Absolute disgrace which i can understand from the sales manager as he thinks he is a big boy with a promotion on the cards but if u promote someone like that to branch manager shows the quality you hire. I would have expected better from the Branch manager **. For someone to take the time to write this long review imagine how much they must have pissed them off.

If you do see a property you really like try other branches to avoid disappointment as i cannot comment on their services but welling is an absolute joke full of clowns who think they represent themselves and not the company who pay their wages.
And they have * on their webpage! Shows the standard they require.

a call on a Friday afternoon, spoke to the lovely James who immediately made me feel confident and comfortable, had Wayne view and value my property the next day and had tenants found by Monday! Having exchanged this morning, I can say I have had a very positive experience with the Welling branch of Robinson Jackson. From the outset they were very business-like, in that they were focussed completely in getting my house sold. I have had experiences in the past of estate agents just waiting around for things to happen, whereas Robinson Jackson are proactive in making things happen.
All the staff I dealt with (my main contact being James) behaved at all times professionally, and with a welcome blend of friendliness and respectfulness, such that I formed the view that the training programme is very effective.
I'm sure that anyone looking to sell property in the Welling area would be well advised to go to Robinson Jackson, as it seems to me it's the case that they are just very good at what they do. I would unhesitatingly recommend them.

I was told false information that consequently made me look like I was lying further up the chain.

I brought all concerns to the manager who didn't wish to entertain it as a complaint.
My advice- avoid at all costs. Unprofessional and difficult to work with.

I have not hesitation in recommending Robinson Jackson. From start to finish throughout the sale of my property, I have received an excellent service and the team are very thorough. I had someone from Robinsons come round a few weeks ago to carry out a rental valuation. I was very disappointed with the service on offer. Out of four agents I had round they delivered the poorest "pitch". The lady was in and out in about 13 minutes! The other agents were arout 40 minutes. She wizzed round, told me the fees and left. She failed to tell me of landlords legal requirements and obligations and told me to "have a look through the terms". Although rather pleasant she was quite scatty and had her car keys and phone in her hand the whole time. I'd assumed I would be meeting with the manger but apparently "she only does admin". All other agents sent Managers. I do think a manager would be the best person to represent and "sell" the company. A friend had recommended them as she had had a pleasant experience, but with a different member of staff. I expected so much more from a well know company such as this.

Have specific people to deal with specific issues and see it through to the end. Try to actually earn their money.

I have a reasonable sized property portfolio and have used many different agents over the years to manage my properties. Robinson Jackson Lettings in Welling have provided the worst service I have received over the last 10 years. Every time I call the person I previously dealt with is busy so I have to explain everything time and time again. There's Julia, Ruby, Jane, Lorraine..........the list goes on. I have to make these continuous calls because they never see any maintenance issues through to the end. They make a phone call, put the file aside and forget about it. Something that can be resolved in 2 days takes them about 6 weeks. Their idea of management is the bare minimum. Telling me that they manage over 300 properties and are short staffed is really not my problem. I don't think collecting the rent and maybe 2 phone calls every 3 months is a lot to ask for over £90 a month. They refuse to forward post, deal with management companies, have keys cut, read meter readings etc etc. My tenant is not happy with the service he has received either. All I can conclude is that they manage so many properties because of their name. They work hard at selling the brand but its all rubbish. All they want is money. Good service is very low on their list of priorities and in an economic climate such as the current, this is almost sure to be their downfall. I definitely favour, small, independent agents that need the business so therefore do all they can to help. It's a more personal service and they earn their money. Maybe I'll try the Orpington branch next time!
