Just called the branch of Sydenham to get some details of one of their property in Sydenham and when I made a comment on the lease 95 years being too low for me got an answer that we're selling properties of 85 years and good luck with your search then hanged the phone up on me!?!? Just called the branch of Sydenham to get some details of one of their property in Sydenham and when I made a comment on the lease 95 years being too low for me got an answer that we're selling properties of 85 years and good luck with your search then hanged the phone up on me!?!? I'm not a sale person but this manner definitely not the best in this industry. First of all I would have appreciated to hear some options what can be done extend the lease or negotiate with the vendor.....

Recently purchased a property in Sydenham and Robinson Jackson were so unhelpful I felt compelled to write this review! The worst in the area by a mile!
They are rude, unhelpful, surly and ill informed. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and describe them as fools rather than assume their nonsense was a deliberate lie.
Demanded I spoke to their mortgage adviser (I work in banking and get preferential rates - still insisted I see their adviser before I could view a property) the property was barely as described, the clown showing me around had no idea what was and wasn't included (eg: white goods - it's a fairly basic question)
If you want to be treated like an inconvenience by a bunch of morons who misguidedly think they are above you in some way, then these are the mob for you! Thank god I found my new home via a competent and professional agent and not these cowboys!
