We found the team at Sittingbourne branch, to be always to be hand when we needed them to progress the sale of our property. Sam, Adam, Tom and Julie were all brilliant to us while we were going through the sale, Julie kept up regular reports to how our chain was progressing throughout our sale . ... Read Full Review

Dallas at RMJ is apparently the area partner. His attitude towards buyers is absolutely atrocious. We unfortunately lost our buyer of our house, so informed him that we were contacting previous viewers to replace our old buyer. We found a new buyer within 4 hours and when we called in with the good ... Read Full Review

Dallas at RMJ is apparently the area partner. His attitude towards buyers is absolutely atrocious. We unfortunately lost our buyer of our house, so informed him that we were contacting previous viewers to replace our old buyer. We found a new buyer within 4 hours and when we called in with the good news he informed us our onward purchase had been sold to someone else and the vendor would be crazy to still proceed with us. He continuously shouted at my partner on the phone and told us we were a liability. Whether or not the situation was fair or not, his attitude towards it was appalling and for that reason alone I would not buy or sell through them as an agent ever again. If the area partner can treat people like that I would seriously question their ethics. Please seriously consider using this agent unless you want to be treated in the same way as we were, if something were to go wrong.

Horrible experience. Contacted them to sell a property. Many call back and site visit promises but never got back to us. Called them many times to complain but it seems they do not take customers seriously. Worst state agent we have dealt with ever. Shame on... Read Full Review
