My thoughts! Well, I'm now 'Living the Dream' and that's down to the team at Pilkington Estates for helping to make the process as simple and smooth as possible. Someone was always on hand to answer queries, which were dealt with immediately and in a professional, courteous and diplomatic manner respecting all parties involved. A big thanks obviously to the whole team and in particular Chloe and Mya for letting me through the door and handling my somewhat flustered and stressed manner very well. Once things had progressed it was great assurance having Claire on hand dealing with all the final and finer details whilst keeping the process in motion. Huge thanks and would definitely recommend your services without a doubt!

We used Pilkington Estates to help with the purchase of a house in August of 2022. Myself and my partner were so impressed with the service we were offered. Very friendly staff, very prompt, efficient & so helpful. Nothing was ever too much for any of them, they were always available to answer any questions, queries & worries we had. I recommend them to my friends & family and will continue to recommend them in the future. Buying a house , especially as this was our first home, was so daunting, but they helped turn the experience into an enjoyable & exciting one! I could genuinely feel how happy they were for us when they called us to tell us our keys were ready to collect! An all round friendly bunch, we will forever be grateful!

Matt came and valued our property and we were very happy with the valuation we went straight ahead and signed the contract for Pilkington to act on our behalf. The dedicated after sales team mya , Clare and viki kept us informed of what was going on with our sale and where we were in relation to completion at all times.
Jon the director should be very pleased with the performance of his staff they were faultless

We had Teona as my sales chaser and Matt as my estate agent helper. Both have been incredible, Matt helped me get started and Teona helped me get over the line. Both communicated amazingly, giving me updates as I went along in the process and helped me feel so happy during it all.
Please always choose Pilkingtons as I know we will everything estate agent related.

I felt taken care of with Pilkington Estates. The Team were confident, and reassured me that they would find the right buyer me, quickly - and they did! I liked that a lot. Teona handled my sale with patience and diplomacy (my chain was not at all easy!) and she kept me in the loop.
