I have sold two house with Pilkingtons now and both have been such a breath of fresh compared to a lot of estate agent experiences. They explained to me in plain English how the sale process works, timescales, costs and fees and what I could expect from my sale. I honestly cannot recommend Pilkingtons enough.
We had Teona as my sales chaser and Matt as my estate agent helper. Both have been incredible, Matt helped me get started and Teona helped me get over the line. Both communicated amazingly, giving me updates as I went along in the process and helped me feel so happy during it all.
Please always choose Pilkingtons as I know we will everything estate agent related.

From start to finish; an extremely pro-active and diligent service from the Team. I couldn't have asked for better agents. Professional and honest, I felt like this was so much easier to deal with because they cared about my custom, and I wasn't just a number to them. Pilkington said they believe communication is key, and they were true to their word. I always knew what was happening. I also saw how hard the team work for myself when I visited the office. Property and people are definitely their passion! I'm so grateful and impressed. Thank you very much, especially to Matthew and Mya.

We are having a great experience with you. All if the staff are helpful. We are hoping to complete the sale in the coming weeks.
The only negative feedback back we have relates to 2 different Apps we have to use for the Sale. The Homey App and the Rowlinson Solicitors App. It seems that we are constantly having to reload information on either or both apps. We liked the idea of using your in-house solicitors, as we thought it would be easier and less stressful. However, its not been that way and should we ever sell a property again we will appoint our own solicitors. Please note this is no reflection on the service provided by Pilkingtons. We think you offer a 5 star service.

We were on the market with a different Estate Agent at first, but found that we had only a little interest.
