From day one they have been on the side of the landlord and have no interest in dealing with issues which have been ongoing since we moved in January 2017. They send emails confirming that repairs will take place but nothing materialises. They treat tenants very badly and need to respect that it... Read Full Review
Comments on Agent Fees
Over the top for what you get. You pay for inventory which is done by one of the estate agents in the office who clearly has no training on how to complete inventories and then charge silly money for the priviledge. The inventory was basic and even the photos were incorrect in that they were taken on different days and not on the same day the report was done.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Tell the truth, employ staff that know what they are doing and remember that it\'s the tenants that pay their wages
