They were good at first, became very lazy with any maintenance requests and then became a nightmare when mo ing house, they told me one thing when I was signing something completely different, gave me advice that turned out to be incorrect and costed me a large amount of money , I had many friends tell me not to use them but because of being young they were the only estate agent that would take me as a prospective tenant, I now realise this was just to try and screw me over.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Tell the truth, employ staff that know what they are doing and remember that it\'s the tenants that pay their wages

Terrible communication left me moving in to a rental without information of what type of meter was installed had to contact national grid myself to find out couldn't transfer the bills to my name till after moving in because they hadn't carried out there part, key meter had debt from previous tenant on meaning I won't have gas for a few weeks till the supplier can send out a gas tech (electric you can reset yourself) first contract they sent me was incorrect, not telling me if keys for the key meter exist or are missing, not telling me where the meter is so I can even put money on the thing, made a real mess of it all

Comments on Agent Fees
Over the top for what you get. You pay for inventory which is done by one of the estate agents in the office who clearly has no training on how to complete inventories and then charge silly money for the priviledge. The inventory was basic and even the photos were incorrect in that they were taken on different days and not on the same day the report was done.

From day one they have been on the side of the landlord and have no interest in dealing with issues which have been ongoing since we moved in January 2017. They send emails confirming that repairs will take place but nothing materialises. They treat tenants very badly and need to respect that it is the tenant who is paying them the rent. However, the landlord is as much to blame as he does not want to repair/replace broken old white goods (15 years old at least!) and expects us to pay for repairs/replacement! The dishwasher has never worked. Also, he stores his belongings in our garage for free which we are paying for the use of to park our car and store our own belongings not his! We have been in contact with CAB and Shelter who are advising us on next steps to take. Never come across agents and landlord who act so unprofessionally. DO NOT USE THIS AGENT and DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY. It's russian roulette - if anything breaks down YOU will have to pay for it to be repaired/replaced! We are thankfully only here for 6 months. I feel sorry for next tenant.

No fees information available
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
