My partner & I are first time buyers and we didn't have the first clue where to start - we had a mortgage appointment with Manvinder who was super helpful and informative. He helped us to understand the whole mortgage process and we finally got the ball rolling! Molly has been excellent at finding properties she thinks we may be interested in and also liaising with other branches/estate agents on our behalf which has been brilliant when we have been caught up with work. No task is too much for her and she has been fantastic at accommodating viewings on weekends due to our work commitments. Overall, our experience with Paul Dubberley Wednesbury has been great so far - would recommend them to anyone!

I can’t praise Emma’s team (Emma, Aaron, Joanna, and Keanu) at Paul Dubberleys Wednesbury highly enough. I was living abroad when I decided to sell my house, and it wasn’t possible to travel back to England because of coronavirus, but from the moment of first contact, they inspired confidence that they could get the job done, and were very patient guiding me through the setting up of everything online. When the sale hit unexpected problems, their support and communication were outstanding – they were not only efficient and professional at liaising with the solicitors and the mortgage lender, but also exceptionally good at keeping in touch to let me and the buyer know what was happening. Their understanding of clients’ worries, their calmness, kindness, reassurance, and sheer perseverance through numerous problems are things I will never forget. They went far beyond what they strictly needed to do to sell the house, for example visiting it frequently for me to comply with new insurance conditions. Keanu was the person doing most of this, but the strength of the teamwork could be seen when he wasn’t available. I honestly don’t think there could have been better support, not for any money. Thank you to all of you, for getting a good outcome in the end!

If there was an option to give 0 stars then that would be more appropriate. By far the worst estate agents. They 9/10 never answer the phone during office hours, let alone the weekends. On the odd occasion they do pick up the moment you mention you want to view a property and make an offer without hesitation they say it’s already been sold, despite the fact the property has literally just been advertised. The very same property remains as for sale for a month, when you query it again they keep repeating that it’s already been sold and that they just need to update the sites, not to mention the for sale sign outside the property remains there for a month. They clearly do not want to sell the properties and intend on dragging the sellers with them. Doesn’t matter which property you query the immediate answer is always “it’s been sold.” No customer service they’re just quick to hang up the phone after that. They never contact you for viewings once you’ve shown interest in a property. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Seller beware your buyer is being turned off by shoddy customer service. The person selling the property I wanted to buy already lost one sale now they just lost their cash sale great work Paul Dubberley. Find another agent one that wants to sell your property if your a seller.

As a first time buyer I knew nothing about mortgages but nanette is one in a million. I stress over every little thing and they say buying a house is one of the most stressful things you will ever do which to a certain degree I totally agree with. But this young lady is amazing nothing is to much trouble and any worries you may have she is always there to help and put your mind at rest. I understand most people will say this is her job but nanette actually cares and as long as your happy she is happy. She is one in a million and I am so thankful she has taken control and helped me on this journey. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Not only is she great in her jon she is a great person who believes in your happiness and future

We have used Dubberley in the past and have been happy with their service, so even though we were only looking for mortgage advice on this occasion we thought we would give them a try - and we were very glad we did! We weren't looking for a 'standard' mortgage, our situation was a little more involved, with various options and routes we could have taken. To be honest we went into out first meeting with Nanette not really having a clue which way to go, and thankfully left there confident that we had made the right choice. Nanette was fantastic, very knowledgeable, explained things simply, she was quick, accurate, prompt with replies, we got regular updates, nothing was too much trouble for her - and all this with a smile and a lovely manner!! Can't fault the service we received, she really did go the extra mile for us, would thoroughly recommend her.
