I have used this branch to let my property and then sell it. The service I received was professional, efficient and friendly. I cannot fault any of the staff I've had contact with, therefore do not want to single any one person out. When first letting there was support and encouragement, when selling again, support and a little hand-holding when necessary. The team knows the area and market and the rent and asking price for property were absolutely right. I now live in Spain, but would not hesitate to recommend Parkers Earley to anyone I knew in the area. A big Thank You to all the team, including the background staff who deal with day to day admin..

I agreed and was told we needed to drop the price by �10k. Within 2 weeks I was told we needed to drop the price by a further �15k. After another week we had an offer of �5k below this and was advised to take this. When I refused and said I wanted to withdraw the property from the market to carry out improvements to the property I was sent a bill for �300 for professional photos which I didn't notice and wasn't pointed out to me, beware of the contract small print.

I have since removed to property from Parkers as I am so disgusted with the fee and the level of service.

Extremely unhelpful.
Over a week ago a let by was put outside my apartment on the railings. I as told it would be done in 48hrs max. Nothing happened. Yesterday Parkers were called by someone else and refufused to move it. I later called and after Adrian in my opinion stroppy and obstructive agreed to move it. This still has not happened. This is not what you expect from a so called professional company.

Thats what I call dedication.
We instructed Parkers again as they were true professionals when they sold our last house in 2004 and we wanted to work with an agent that understood our needs and provided us with an excellant customer experience. We highly recommend the team in Earley for delivering a 1st class service and going beyond the call of duty. They care about you as a person and thats what makes them stand out from the crowd. An agent with a heart and soul. Robert & Neil you were fantastic we could not have asked for anything more you delivered everytime. A very BIG thank you.

We owe these guys a BIG thankyou. They made what can be a very stressful time literally pain free. Despite acting on their clients behalf they offer fair, friendly advice to help the transaction from both thier clients (the sellers) and our (the buyers) point of view. I knew if I had any questions whatsoever they were there to help and they always returned calls promptly. Our move was very speedy (just over 2 calender months) and that is thanks to the team at Parkers, Earley helping move things along as and when necessary - nothing was even too much trouble. We will definitely have them back to value our new home once we have finished our renovations and would recommend them to anyone who is looking towards buying or selling and also renting! We feel their service is 2nd to none! Thank you so much Neil, Rob & Adrian.

I found Rob, Neil and their General Manager, Adrian, a pleasure to work with. Whilst they found our eventual buyer for us, it was a long slow job before the final chain came together For the best part of 12 months they boosted our morale assuring us that everything would come right eventually, keeping us in the picture at every stage. A family run agency, they were always very positive and nothing was too much trouble.

I had a long and tortuous house-selling process, and throughout this Neil, Rob and Adrian behaved with the most exceptional competence and good sense. Neil and Rob in particular were conspicuous for the following:

3. Maintaining calm and good humour in the face of setbacks.

When came the time to leave I have requested the property to be checked almost daily for mail which could have arrived lately, I have received a positive response and I have appreciated that.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who want to rent or bye a property.
