Following my prior review in relation to the sale of our property, as this was the first time I was ever involved in regards to selling a house, I was not fully aware of the exact tasks which we were required to do as the sellers.
As the property we sold was let out prior to sale, the tenants had left a lot of mess behind.
This only came to light after completion and to avoid further legal issues on both sides, Priyesh stepped in as an intermediary to source a rubbish clearance company; whom provided an efficient and effective service to ensure that the issues at hand were resolved amicably.
There was no necessity on OC Homes' part to do this but we really appreciate this and it shows once again how important customer service is to the firm!

This was the first time I had ever sold a property so was unsure of what to expect; especially from an independent firm rather than one of the 'big boys' in market.
Upon initially valuing our home, Priyesh and the team were honest and transparent. They came to our home swiftly and had all the reports and property advert out efficiently.
Their advice and guidance was very accurate and through their assistance and support, we managed to sell our home in less than 6 weeks of going on market.
Any issues / queries have always been resolved / addressed by someone from within the team and it has been a breath of fresh air to have a professional services firm get back to our queries swiftly and honestly.

The communication with the office via email or a phone call was always a quick response to our queries. They worked extremely hard to get the best possible deal for us. Throughout the whole process they provided information and kept us up to date with the sale of our home. Within a matter of months our home was sold. A very happy customer!

OC Homes were phenomenal in selling our home! Our main rep was Tony and kept us informed of the entire process as well as get stuck in when there were some delays by the Buyers side.
