About Amar
The beating heart of team OC and the man who often shies away from the limelight but is instrumental to every facet of the business. Our Director, Amar, is a philosophy graduate and has been part of OC Homes from day one, seeing the company grow from a start-up to where we are today.
There is no substitute for
working from the ground up. Amar has seen it all having learned every aspect of estate agency doing it himself whilst learning to manage the business and tackle the issues that come up every day.
Our very own Aristotle has a systematic process of working that has allowed his vision and drive to create an award-winning team who have scaled great heights. He was the man who saw the opportunity of opening the Gidea Park office and followed it through to ensure the dream became a reality. That vision of success is well on its way to bearing fruit and we look forward to fulfilling that potential he has always seen.

From our first 'click' of interest on their website, to the final handshake upon exchange of contracts, OC Homes have been a pleasure to work with.
This was the first time I had ever sold a property so was unsure of what to expect; especially from an independent firm rather than one of the 'big boys' in market.
Upon initially valuing our home, Priyesh and the team were honest and transparent. They came to our home swiftly and had all the reports and property advert out efficiently.
Their advice and guidance was very accurate and through their assistance and support, we managed to sell our home in less than 6 weeks of going on market.
Any issues / queries have always been resolved / addressed by someone from within the team and it has been a breath of fresh air to have a professional services firm get back to our queries swiftly and honestly.

Throughout the process, Priyesh in particular, was always so helpful and communicated well emailing and phoning whenever required.
We were always informed when there were viewings taking place and when the house sold, they made sure that solicitors were chased and we successfully sold it to another couple who i hope will love the house as much as we did. I would definitely recommend OC Homes.

From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Nav and Camron were super professional; Nav was highly knowledgeable about the area and the current property and rental market as well as incredibly responsive and made sure I always felt like a priority. At each step in the whole process, the OC Homes team came through with their commitment to excellence. Nav's negotiation skills were first-rate – he consistently found ways to get me the best deal possible. He also went out of his way to ensure every detail was taken care of. Throughout our journey, I was impressed how Nav demonstrated immense patience and understanding despite challenges working and coordinating with all stakeholders involved. He went out of his way to provide me with extra resources and various options I could consider when deciding. My experience was so positive that it took a massive weight off my shoulders! Can't fault OC Homes. Priyesh, Amar and Nav were fantastic from start to finish.
