Northwood recently acted on behalf of the vendor when I bought a house in Crossens and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I suffered a massive stroke last year and was unable to manage stairs anymore. I spotted a lovely little bungalow and contacted Northwood for a viewing which they arranged within a couple of days. I fell in love with the property and said I would take it straight away. My brain injury has left me with difficulty filling in forms and sometimes communicating but the staff at Northwood couldn't have been anymore patient and understanding. The whole process was stress free and they even helped me arrange my Internet etc. Queries are answered promptly and Northwood are keen to help. Highly recommended.
