We met Jess a year ago whilst visiting area, looking for a property to buy in the Notth Notts area. She had an interest in us as a couple and had a real passion for her job. She was keen to introduce us to the developer and we never looked back. We were impressed with her knowledge and she was ably backed up by her other team members, Scott and Paige. They never missed a deadline and kept in contact during the process. Nothing was any trouble, from providing photos of other units on the development to recommending and chasing solicitors on our behalf to keep things moving. A first class service. I've sold a couple of properties now with this office. The whole team (Scott, Paige and Jess) are a pleasure to deal with. Regular updates were really appreciated and the team went above and beyond for me on several occasions, checking on the property when it was empty and taking documents to the solicitors down the road to speed the process up. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would use them again if the need arose. I can't recommend Northwood Retford enough.

I have moved many times over the years and know personally some people in this profession too so I already had an idea of who I was looking for and Scott at Northwood was that person. He was able to sell without being pushy, he was professional and assessed my needs quickly and appropriately so he could offer the best service for me. Scott Twyning, branch manager, and his team could not have been more helpful and professional - and reassuring!
