Dreadful! Everything was running smoothly until our move-in date. Worst possible estate agents for students. Absolutely horrific we have not had a working over for 7 months. Barkers on Braunstone gate are really bad. They're very quick to get your rent but take anything between 2 weeks to 2 months to doing anything else (Eg: repairs made). When you ring up about a problem they'll say they've sent an email, I wonder whether they're actually... Read Full Review

Awful experience, the property had a broken fridge/freezer for atleast 4 months, after atleast 5 emails all future emails regarding the fridge freezer were not responded to. The most awful experience any of my housemates have had with a letting agent/landlord. Arrived to the house which was full of rubbish (which we had to take to the dump in 3 car trips.) Fees seem ridiculous considering how little we get from the company by way of help. Rent due at nonsensical times throughout the year- how are students who only get their loans at the end of September, January and April meant to pay nearly a grand at the end of June before even moving in?
