Extremely rude, dishonest and unprofessional lettings staff. Was bullied out of a viewing by Janice after failing to call me back to arrange a viewing. Extremely rude, dishonest and unprofessional lettings staff. Was bullied out of a viewing by Janice after failing to call me back to arrange a viewing. Janice went above and beyond to help me find a rental property. It was all done at a distance since I was unable to view it before moving in. It exceeded our expectations, and is perfect for our needs. Throughtout our tenancy Murphy Schoular have been prompt to act when we've had difficulties and things like no hot water, brocken washing machine etc were resolved quickly. Definitely recommend - especially Janice!

I was first to book appointment for the property. Went to see property. Agent who came to show us did tell that we are the first ones to view this property. Went straight to property to give application. But they lied and said that this property is already gone before you came . We clearly was told ... Read Full Review

Terrible approach towards customers , she is rude and racist. They lie to people , and waste their time . I would really say it's a disgusting company with psychopaths who are running it . And giving people False hopes . Curse on such people .

Was sent letter Monday to come do inspection Wednesday what short notice. No email was sent to confirm appointment from agency, I called stating ok for Wednesday and took day off work, only to get email on Wednesday stating they cancelling the appointment, when I called in agent on phone was rude... They then wanted to come Saturday. I said no we had plans. Told them inspection had to be done today Wednesday as agreed.

Agent brought her personal opinions into a conversation about my relationship status with a rude remark and asked me to negate the contract by ending my tenancy without notice due to a breakup. Sasha is condescending and arrogant and as a lettings manager should not be allowed to continue her position as she is unprofessional also when a complaint was submitted verbally to one of her colleagues the person responded with 'I don't think it will go far' Brian murphy needs to assess his staff and sort out his legal responsibility as I am considering legal action for them requesting that the contract be negated. The contract being negated is supposed to mean deposit will be lost however this also isn't stared in the contract so I will update in the future if a legal battle ensues
