What agent could do to change your mind?
To listen and acknowledge that they have failed to provide an acceptable standard of service and not make lame exscuses. To also acknowledge that we have been forced to move after only 6 months in this property as conditions are so bad. It would be impossible to stay here especially when the very long and expensive work is carried out to rectify all these issues, especially the rising damp. To offer some compensation to help with our relocation and acceptance of their failings.Attached Filesnbsp;

Miller Countrywide is the largest lettings agent in the country and their fees appear to match their size. To pay so much for such atrocious service, to the point they were arrogant and rude. Toally uncaring in the way we were dealt with.
