I'm totally dissatisfied with the service offered by the Miller Falmouth Team. They do not have mobile phone use and therefore are uncontactable unless you happen to catch one in the office. I'm totally dissatisfied with the service offered by the Miller Falmouth Team. They do not have mobile phone use and therefore are uncontactable unless you happen to catch one in the office. This is not good from either a buyers or sellers point of view.
In my opinion, communication was generally poor, and I did not receive the confirmation I asked that the Buyer has a mortgage decision in principle and deposit funds available. The conveyancing eventually took over one year.

Where to start, I have been with Millers for something nearing 15 years now, it wasn't till my latest tenants left that I needed to get involved with the office.
James the new branch Manager was incredible really new exactly what the local market was like and what needed to be done. After a quick refurbishment of the property with was let within 10days of it going back on the market.
I've had a couple of communications with him since, everything has been delt with quickly and really efficiently.

I particularly liked that the whole sales team visited the house before it went on the market so that they were familiar with the house when showing people around.

Millers Countrywide in Falmouth have been great. May I say what a fantastic experience in what can be an arduous time, particularly during the current climate. Jessica Doody of the Falmouth office was everything you could hope for. They charge a lot for their services, neglected to tell us of important things such as the ridiculously high rateable value, their service team for repairs etc. was slow, and they gave us a notice that we had to vacate the property as soon as the initial 6 month period was up, with the supposed reason that the owner wanted to sell, which then never happened. So they just bagged the service charge every 6 months to maximise their profits.
