Just bought a property in Bodmin and the Estate Agent was truly OUTSTANDING throughout the purchase. We were based outside of the UK, were challenged by time differences, moving money, working through 3rd parties and nothing was too much trouble for James Simpson throughout.

We purchased our house almost two years ago through Millers Countrywide. Having carried out the recommended survey work on the exterior of the property, we were interested to find out how this had affected the value of the property.
James very kindly carried out a valuation without any commitment knowing we had no intent in moving. He managed to carry out the survey on the day. Fabulous service, very grateful, thank you.

No issues with the letting service, I found my e-mails received prompt response, within a couple days.
Great job carried out during difficult times of re-letting the property, kept me in the loop with many calls.
