Unlike Chewton Rose, who efficiently handled the sale of our previous home, Michael Graham was disappointingly unprofessional and unresponsive throughout the entire process.

We recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Michael Graham – Central Milton Keynes for the purchase of our new property, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. Unlike Chewton Rose, who efficiently handled the sale of our previous home, Michael Graham was disappointingly unprofessional and unresponsive throughout the entire process.
From the very beginning, Michael Graham's lack of proactivity was evident. Their communication was poor, and they failed to keep us updated on important developments. On the day of completion, the situation deteriorated further. Both the branch manager and another key team member were unreachable, leaving us in a lurch at a critical moment.
After the completion, we were left standing outside our new home with four vans, while Michael Graham was conspicuously absent including the previous owners. To add insult to injury, one of their representatives had the audacity to lecture us on patience instead of taking responsibility for the chaos.
Michael Graham's contribution to the process of handing over the keys was non-existent. We had to wait four excruciating days for the previous owners to move their belongings, causing significant inconvenience and stress. Our movers couldn't put our stuff as per allocated rooms due to ex-owner belonging. Throughout this ordeal, Michael Graham remained offline and uncontactable, from the day before completion to weeks afterwards. Not once did we receive an apology for their abysmal service.
In summary, our experience with Michael Graham has been a complete disappointment and a source of immense frustration. Their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability have left us deeply dissatisfied. We would strongly advise against using Michael Graham for buying or selling your property. It is a shame and a disappointment to have encountered such poor service.
We will never recommend Michael Graham and would suggest looking elsewhere for reliable and professional estate agents. Do consider Chewton Rose – Central Milton Keynes, found them very professional and proactive.

Initial registration for a property immediately after rental property became available online, contacted the office and spoke to Michael Conlon at 8.50, email from Michael with questionnaire was sent at 9.38 and my response with answers to the questionnaire was sent 16 minutes later at 9.54. After further chasing for an update, I get an email from Michael Conlon just saying sorry all slots are taken. I don't think I could be anymore proactive however the service just seems lax and I really do hope this isn't a representation of service to be from this company

Extremely Dishonest & Unprofessional Letting Agency
We agreed to the Tenancy agreement on 23 Oct and I had been thru it & accepted it
I have a list of emails and correspondence sent in regards to tenancy and it all felt going smooth until 1st November. The prospective tenant had changed the address & I had all the post coming in October even before the tenancy started.I handed the keys as per the agreed date of the cleaners & gardeners involved.And the following day I was told that the tenant changed his mind due to an ongoing dispute with insurance agency & builders which I was not aware of as they only rushed the process without following obligations for the procedure thoroughly. On 2nd November they kept not answering when I questioned how could it all go so wrong the last min. I have made losses in dealing with this agency which I should be compensated for, I wrote several letters to the manager & I got no response as yet. I have decided to escalate the complaints to the governing body. Extremely bad & nasty experience dealing with them and had to go through a lot of stress.
