What agent could do to change your mind?
Could have been more honest from the start. if a landlord would prefer a different tennat that is their choice. Is their house after all. However we should have been informed, not led on. Really don't need the stress being 3zweeks pregnant!

In reply to Ms King, we would simply say that everything we said above stands and we are not going to be drawn down to their level in terms of talking of 'insults and spreading lies'. We feel we were totally let down by their unregulated letting agency. We also have documented evidence of everything we experienced.
