Avoid if possible. Left the flat in very good conditions in May and still haven’t received our deposit back which is quite a big amount of money. Agent keeps saying that is chasing finance but we still haven’t seen a single penny back. Will take further steps accordingly but... Read Full Review

In the checkout process, they hired a checkout service company, and I was not given a chance to read the report to see if I can agree.
The agent hired different plumbers instead of those I have used in the past (and know the property well), and did not put the right boiler pipes. It was different from the recommendation I had. The agent tried to force me to do which I was not comfortable with.
I have not received any inspection reports from the agent.
In short, they don't keep their words and their operations were not transparent.
When the contract expired, I decided to use a different agent and put an ad with the new agent as a sole agent. Later Liv International posted an ad of my property without my consent. I had to ask them several times to drop it, and it took a month.
