Avoid if possible. Left the flat in very good conditions in May and still haven’t received our deposit back which is quite a big amount of money. Agent keeps saying that is chasing finance but we still haven’t seen a single penny back. Will take further steps accordingly but avoid this agency at all costs!

My previous tenant through this agent made various damages including deep scars in the wood floor. The deposit went to a mydeposit.com under the agent's account, where I have no control on. It was far less than I expected and all they say is this is all that they can offer. They close the case even before I can look at the detail of how the case was concluded.
In the checkout process, they hired a checkout service company, and I was not given a chance to read the report to see if I can agree.
The agent hired different plumbers instead of those I have used in the past (and know the property well), and did not put the right boiler pipes. It was different from the recommendation I had. The agent tried to force me to do which I was not comfortable with.
I have not received any inspection reports from the agent.
In short, they don't keep their words and their operations were not transparent.
When the contract expired, I decided to use a different agent and put an ad with the new agent as a sole agent. Later Liv International posted an ad of my property without my consent. I had to ask them several times to drop it, and it took a month.
