We rented a property for 2 years from Jackson Grundy Daventry. In that time we had many maintenance issues with the house such as the hob tripping out the electricity, the fencing panels coming loose, the conservatory roof leaking and the shower leaking through the ceiling and into the kitchen. We reported all these issues but they would always take a long time to get back to us and to actually get someone out to look at the issues. We ended up giving up complaining about the leaking shower before we left the house as they still hadn't fixed it in 8 months.

Jackson Grundy have been letting out a house I own in Daventry for about 5 years. This was the first house I had purchased to rent out with no experience in this field. I tried all the letting Agents in Daventry but as soon as I walked into Jackson Grundy I knew this was the place to look after my property. This is when we first met Lindsey Hancock who was so helpful in explaining everything that we needed to know. Lindsey and her team are always very pro active in any requests we have for them and deal with any issues our tenants have with the property. I would highly recommend Jackson Grundy as an Estate Agents and a Letting Agent

I have known Lindsey for sometime and she has managed the rental of my property for the past 2 years. She is highly professional and excellent at her job, a true asset to Jackson Grundy Estate Agents. Any advise needed or queries I have had regarding tenants/contracts etc she has dealt with quickly and efficiently, particularly with the recent sale of my rental property and negotiating tenants to vacate etc. I highly recommend Lyndsey to any landlord requiring rental management services and should I wish to rent a property again in the future, I would have no hesitation in asking Lyndsey to manage it for me.

Lindsey is an agent of exceptional quality and skills. She ,together with her team has ably managed our several properties for about 12 or so years now having found really good tenants and tradesmen to attend to maintenance issues as and when they occur. For about 6 years we lived overseas and Lindsey seamlessly managed the properties which meant we didn't have to attend them or meet the tenants. We have recommended Lindsey to other landlords who have taken her on board and we will continue to to do so. 1st class service. Best agent we have ever had in 29 years of letting properties.

We are not aware of the fees charged by other agencies. We feel that we are given value for money insofar as we never have difficulty in finding a replacement tenant. Rent is always processed promptly. Maintenance people are reliable and do not overcharge.
