My experience was very poor service. Very difficult to book appointments and they claim the holidays and staffing levels are the reason. Zero accommodation for people who work 9-5, like themselves. Sellers beware - if there's a sniff of interest in your property they won't go above and beyond to... Read Full Review

My experience was very poor service. Very difficult to book appointments and they claim the holidays and staffing levels are the reason. Zero accommodation for people who work 9-5, like themselves. Sellers beware - if there's a sniff of interest in your property they won't go above and beyond to allow new interest in the property judging from my experience.

4 Aug 2010How did you get on, Im trying to get mine back now. The landlord is not responding to their calls apparantly and Im getting really, really naffed...
