Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Hills Residential compliant procedure
1. If you believe you have a grievance, please write in the first instance to the relevant branch and the branch manager.
2. The Grievance will be acknowledged and then investigated thoroughly in accordance with our complaint handling procedures. A formal written outcome of the complaint will be sent to you within 10 working days of receipt of your initial letter and you will be invited to make any comments that you may have in relation to this response. If for any reason, we require longer than this time scale to fully investigate the matter, we will advise you in writing and confirm our revised response date.
3. If you remain dissatisfied with the result of our internal investigation then please write to Martin Hill at the following address:
