If you are a first buyer choose hills !! I can’t recommend hills enough. Constantly sent me property’s ideal for me and my family and was always really flexible in letting me view house in my dinner time or break time at work. They went above and beyond, left me to explore the property while giving me all the key information. They really went above and beyond. I was registered with 7 estate agents when looking and hills is a level above them all, information on the property 5 star. Viewing the properties 5 star. Contact rate and keeping me up-to date 5 star. Friendliness every time I called 5 star. I’ll go even as far as to say every time I seen a property on right move with hills next to it, it made me 10 percent more interested because of their professionalism. Big shout out to Beth who was an absolute gem to show us round the property’s and also a very friendly agent you can have a laugh with. Also a big shout out to Hollie who even helped me put my offer in and was so quick in relaying messages to both party’s involved. Hills is an all round very well oiled service, with the customers best interests at the heart of it !

I used Hills in March 2022 to sell a tenanted house in Peel Green.
Ryan managed the sale, which was somewhat challenging with a difficult buyer, made more complex by selling with tenants in situ.
Ryan was outstanding at keeping me updated, and always gave me honest, professional advice about how to progress the sale, including sometimes replying to e mails in the eve or on his days off.
The market appraisal, marketing, negotiating and follwoing through to completeion was outstanding. Ryan, and Hills, are everything that you would want in an agent.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). Complaints Procedure
Hills Residential compliant procedure
1. If you believe you have a grievance, please write in the first instance to the relevant branch and the branch manager.
2. The Grievance will be acknowledged and then investigated thoroughly in accordance with our complaint handling procedures. A formal written outcome of the complaint will be sent to you within 10 working days of receipt of your initial letter and you will be invited to make any comments that you may have in relation to this response. If for any reason, we require longer than this time scale to fully investigate the matter, we will advise you in writing and confirm our revised response date.
3. If you remain dissatisfied with the result of our internal investigation then please write to Martin Hill at the following address:
