This review has two components, one rental, the other sales.
1) Rental team 45: On the whole, our experience renting through Hannells this past year has been very good with an attentive, professional and responsive team who quickly put the few minor issues we had with the house right. I was however rather disappointed that my partner's name was incorrectly spelled on all rental documentationinvoices. Several repeated requests to amend the name in question were unanswered. This could have been a major issue had my partner needed to provide proof of address some other purpose.
2) Sales team 55: Purchasing the house we were originally renting was flawless, the sale team completely on the ball and responsive throughout all aspects of this process. This has resulted in a largely stressfree experience and as such we can highly recommend Hannells, despite the aforementioned issues.

Overall service was good from Hannells, however the solicitors Hannells recommended to use which our buyers used, was very disappointing and would not recommend anyone use these. Hannells should review this recommendation as the service they provided was awful, slow responses, delayed replys and poor communication which is vital in this process.
