rented a house from these guys (which wasnt perfect to start with) but after moving out they decided to find everything they could in order to knock money off of mine and my friends deposit. for example a blind that was shoddily fitted by the landlord, was claimed to be broken (which it clearly wasnt so someone hasnt looked at it properly) and money was taken from the deposit for a blind that can be taken down and fitted again PROPERLY like it should have been in the first place instead of being accused of breaking it and another thing that they took money out of the deposit for was marks on one of the bedroom walls which is a load of bull because it was there when I moved in. by far the worst agents Ive ever rented off, literal joke of a company. also the extra £25 you'd have to potentially pay for an inspection that suits you, is frankly stupid (basically getting someone to write on a piece of paper cost you £25). they do also say it's for extra journey time but that doesn't cost £25 so what does?? I have recently renovated and rented out a property I have and I would be very embarrassed to let an agent rent my property out in the state my property with H&B was in when I moved in

I thought when I got a call from the selling agent and was asked `do i want to keep the microwave?I thought I do not need one and said No `what I was not told` is that it was integrated into the Kitchen and worth £300+.I was left with cables and a huge ugly gap in where the `built` in microwave oven once stood. Its Very wrong how this request was put to me via telephone, myself being disabled I could not visit the purchased property at the time as I was struggling to walk so I had to assume the microwave was just a standard one.
