I live in the Tribe New Islington building for 5 years and have honestly never dealt with a better management company then Grainger. They were always really easy to get hold of and dealt with any issues or faults straight away. If there was any building maintenance work this was always given with plenty of notice so that tenants were aware. I also couldn't speak more highly of Martin, who looks after the building and who couldn't have been more friendly and was always there to help. Thanks Leonie

My dealings with Grainger PLC have mainly been with Luke Pollard the property manager.
What an absolute credit to the company he is may I say!!!
I cannot fault him for his customer service, my every question would be answered with prompt responses and reliability.
Before being put in touch with Luke, I didn't know where to turn, but with his guidance and support I luckily got the apartment I wanted and now happy in my home.

I contacted the property manager Mark Wheedon regarding matters expecting a lame answer. I cannot really put into words how much support and help Mark provided. My mind was put at ease, and the situation was monitored. Mark kept calling checking up on us, the words I believe do just are “above and beyond”. Thank you Mark true customer service!

We are very happy with the service provided to us by Mark and Martin from Grainger, both of whom have been more than accommodating to us when our hot water stopped working and when a pipe burst, we contacted Grainger and the problem was solved within a couple days. Due to their professionalism we have recently moved into another Grainger property as we didn't want to risk having a new landlord. Would recommend them highly to young professionals as they are very supportive throughout it the process as well as throughout tenancy.

Graingers have tried to dramatically increase rental prices every 6 months when the contracts come up for a renewal. Not a single renewal period has gone by without them trying to put up the prices. During these uncertain times of COVID-19 the company has made no attempt to communicate with tenants regarding any assistant, support or financial advice. Instead the company has once again contacted all tenants of The Rock in Bury forcing them to sign lengthy tenancy renewals and increase rental prices. I have found them as a company to be cold, greedy and at times unhelpful

I have just moved into one of Grangers properties ,and the above and beyond work of staff was exemplary. I had seen the property and requested to secure and start processing, I had spoken to a gentleman called Ryan Leigh and explained how a previous property had fell through and my timescale was tight but was prepared to get a hotel if needed.
A day later I received an email from him saying he would do his best to sort things so I didn't have to incur hotel costs, this was the first of his exemplary service. After referencing I had been emailing him to find out if everything was ok, I received an email from him. It was his day off and he had come into the office to check on my application. I was in shock, I own a company and I wish I had at least one of him working for me! Customer service and commitment to the company totally above and beyond. Then I was introduced to Jessica Howe yet again committed to helping me move. I have rented plenty of properties and have never felt as welcomed as I have with Granger. Thanks again Ryan and Jessica
