I would not hesitate to recommend Fine and Country and Lisa that works at the Mere Green branch.
It's really important when selling your home to have a agent that's with you 24/7.
Honesty, integrity and also and even when Lisa was on holiday there was never a issue touching base regarding the survey on my house etc.
Marketing is also in another level compared to local agents.
I have sold six houses in my local area and F/C came out on top in every area.

As mentioned earlier, anyone can sell at "reduced price". I believe Fine and Country fees were a fair reflection on the hard work they did, they achieved our selling price and they do not just send anyone to view your property, they only introduce serious buyers and accompany them! on the visit.

We found Fine and Country to be true to their every word. They sold our property within weeks, at a difficult time of year, (just before Christmas). Both Lisa and Joanne are great communicators, they kept us informed of all situations and their marketing and advertising was absolutely first class. The photographs alone, were absolutely superb. They made life really easy for us, at which is a stressful time. We had tried other Estate Agents prior, but they did not seem to take our situation seriously. We needed to sell very quickly and at an optimum price. (anyone can sell cheap). We needed to secure our new build home and stood to lose a very hefty deposit ! However, Fine and Country saved the day ! As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for". Thank you Fine and Country.

I had had my property up for sale with another agent but they had not performed very well. From my first meeting with Joanne I felt that Fine and Country were a far more proactive agent. The details they produced and the video were amazing and showed my property to it's full potential. Lisa dealt with the majority of the viewings and kept in constant touch with me with feedback not only on my sale but provided useful background and advice on my purchase. A five star seamless service. I have recommended them to a friend who has now placed their property with them.
