Illegal, immoral, incompetent - DO NOT USE
If I could 0 star, I would.
Didn't send offers to the landlord, despite being legally obliged to.
Got caught sending emails written to the landlord to us, the tenant, by accident, trying to get more money out of us.
Repeatedly tried to get us to sign incorrect contracts.
Repeatedly tried to charge us over £100 more than was in our contract for renewal.
Fraser Allen should be sacked for incompetence & hiring incompetent staff - the job title "director" obviously holds no weight there.
