Terrible with a light topping of non empathy.
We've had half a dozen issues since moving in and three months down the line, nothing is solved.
Cold showers
Taps not working in kitchen
Broken cooker
Windows don't open (don't worry, it's only summer)
Broken toilet
The lack of urgency, empathy and non response is quite frankly ridiculous.
It's a shame, the on-boarding process was actually quite nice. Pity, as once they have your money they literally couldn't give a sh..
Would highly recommend having everything triple checked before moving in. Actually, just use another agency.

We chose FL Battersea to sell my flat as they offered the most realistic valuation. We were mainly dealing with Stewart Harrison with whom we developed a good relationship and efficient communication. We were not only kept up to date while the property was on the market but also given valuable feedback from each viewing. Thanks to Stewarts professionalism and perseverance my flat was sold within 3 months at the price I was hoping to get despite the current challenging market. I would certainly not hesitate to go back should I need a good estate agent in the future.

Negotiations settled on a price that vendor had accepted. Agent called back late evening on the same day to disclose that a higher offer had been made and invited us to make an even higher offer  trying to force an increase on an offer that had already been verbally accepted. Negotiations settled on a price that vendor had accepted. Agent called back late evening on the same day to disclose that a higher offer had been made and invited us to make an even higher offer  trying to force an increase on an offer that had already been verbally accepted. Agent then proceeded to give multiple variations of the same story over the next 24 hours about the nature of the mysterious additional potential buyer. Ultimately we withdrew our offer as the agent showed no remorse at the unacceptability on their part of accepting one offer and then entertaining further offers from other parties  after stating that the property was taken off the market and no further offers would be accepted.

12 Dec 2017This same thing happened to us - however our offer was accepted and we paid the fee to ensure it was ours (£524) for them to only ring back on the Monday to say the landlord had gone with another...

Everything about this agency is a shambles. When any work has needed to be done to the property it has required constant calls to them before it started and on several occasions it has been left half done requiring even more calls before work was completed. Everything about this agency is a shambles. When any work has needed to be done to the property it has required constant calls to them before it started and on several occasions it has been left half done requiring even more calls before work was completed. Once we were without a usable bathroom for more than a week and another time we were left with a dangerously cracked window for again around a week. Reports of problems have been ignored and again required many calls to resolve. They have no idea whether rent has been paid, I regularly receive calls from them claiming unpaid rent when everything is paid in full by standing order. They have all sorts of hidden and seemingly random fees which they try to apply, ranging anywhere from 60 to hundreds of pounds.
