The worst agency ever.Reported the maintenance issue 21 of December and is February now never ever been resolved. They sending email and promising to call you back but is February now and nothing has been done. Not mentioned I have 2 year old child and my electric heater in the living room broke... What agent could do to change your mind?
Returning calls and keeping the vendor updated is surely just a standard practice, even if it\'s to say no news, not to mention polite. After all, you want me to pay you for a service that I wasn\'t receiving.
