We used Dixon's Yardley to sell my Mother's house recently, the service we received was amazing, they had a first viewing within hours and sold the house above the asking price within 2 days. Paul and Grace dealt with the sale and I can't fault them, they were helpful, always on hand to answer any questions or queries and pretty much took care of the whole selling process from form filling to viewings, we really had very little to do in the whole process.
I would definitely use Dixon's in future and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their house for a good price, quickly with minimal effort.

However, Dixons successfully found me a buyer within 48 hours! They took care of much of the admin involved and were able to liaise with all parties needed in order to make the sale (and even the purchase) go through successfully. The main agent dealing with my sale was Adam Farrow and was a pleasure to work with. He has worked very hard in making sure things went through. All the other staff were lovely and helpful too.
