Excellent 5* We used Dixon's Yardley to sell my Mother's house recently, the service we received was amazing, they had a first viewing within hours and sold the house above the asking price within 2 days. Paul and Grace dealt with the sale and I can't fault them, they were helpful, always on hand to answer any questions or queries and pretty much took care of the whole selling process from form filling to viewings, we really had very little to do in the whole process. I would definitely use Dixon's in future and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their house for a good price, quickly with minimal effort.
