My whole tenancy was a nightmare, the property had (and probably still has) continuing issues that were not fixed properly, Coapt would send maintenance out only for them to look around for a few minutes and say that it’s fine. Black mould was growing in my bedroom and I was told to clean it up myself despite it covering a large surface area and posing potential health risks. Hello Mat, I am sorry to hear you have been affected by coronavirus. We of course want to help all our tenants and landlords through this difficult situation. At the moment the government has not announced that tenants are not liable to pay their rent and unfortunately many landlords are still tied in to paying their mortgages.
