I have been a neighbour next door to a coapt property for years. When ever we have needed to do any work on our garden it was all ways really straight forward and really good communication, last year we had fencing put up and needed permission to access there garden. When contacting co apt we spoke with a wonderful lady called Jenny Bourner who leased with the owner and got the ok really quickly it was all so much easier than anticipated. 10 out of 10
