Bramleys were extremely helpful in getting us set up as tenants in our current home. After having some bad exeriences with letting agents in the past, this was a nice breath of fresh air - everything was handled very professionaly and timely, with nothing left to the wayside. Just before our move in date the property had suffered an issue with condensation, which Bramleys very kindly made us aware of beforehand and were quick to rectify this before we received the keys. This transparency and honesty was very much appreciated and assured us that we were in good hands, as I definitely could not have said the same some of the previous estate agents I've unfortunately had to deal with.
