As my letting agents they were fantastic. They were transparent in terms of what needed repairs or changing. Managed relations between me and third parties seemlessly, ensuring amongst other things that as a landlord i was fully compliant with the regulations. Rents were promptly collected and paid ... As my letting agents they were fantastic. They were transparent in terms of what needed repairs or changing. Managed relations between me and third parties seemlessly, ensuring amongst other things that as a landlord i was fully compliant with the regulations. Rents were promptly collected and paid into my accounts.
When it came for me to sell and move on, they helped with finding a trustworthy soloicitors. They arranged valuation, arranged visits with prospective buyers and made the whole process much less stressful. The staff both the Letting and Sles department were wonderful, there for me, and providing timely advice and support as neccessary, always politely.
If I ever needed a Letting or Sales agent for the future it will be Bramleys. It's impossible to overstate how good the team was, throughout my relationship with them.
