Bramleys in Huddersfield provided my wife and I services in the sale of our BTL property in Huddersfield. Prior to the Sale they also managed it. Bramleys in Huddersfield provided my wife and I services in the sale of our BTL property in Huddersfield. Prior to the Sale they also managed it.
We found all staff acted with proffessionalism, and courtesy at all stages of the transaction.

From the moment I contacted Bramleys the sale process was very easy. They came to view the property quickly and didn't put pressure on me to sign up to use them, just contact them when I was ready. From the moment I contacted Bramleys the sale process was very easy.
They came to view the property quickly and didn't put pressure on me to sign up to use them, just contact them when I was ready.
When I went to the office to get the sale moving the staff there were very good and got things moving quickly. The sales team even did all the visits to the property for the viewings.
Throughout the time the sale took to go through there were constant updates and once the sale was complete the proceeds of the sale were transferred to my solicitor without delay.
I would defiantly use them again.
