Bradleys Okehampton office is one of over 30 branches dispersed throughout the South West, situated in a prominent location on the main thoroughfare in the centre of town with an extensive modern window display.
Branch Manager David Swabey oversees the day-to-day running of the branch, together with the support
of his Senior Negotiator Tom Hall and Negotiator Laura Quigley. The team at Okehampton are dedicated to providing a friendly and professional service, whilst offering a wealth of local knowledge and experience within the property sector. With a philosophy of delivering the Complete Property Service, Bradleys not only sell and let properties but offer departments for Surveys, Independent Mortgage Advice, Conveyancing, Property Insurance and Auctions, as well as Land and Luxury Homes.
Bradleys Okehampton Branch are available to answer any of your enquiries during the opening hours of 8:45am – 6pm on weekdays and 9am- 4pm on Saturdays. Members of Bradleys Customer Experience Team are also available outside these hours, extending availability to 10pm, 7 days a week.

We have recently purchased a property through Bradley’s, Okehampton and can totally recommend them. Tom was so helpful in keeping us up to date with what was happening. Trying to complete the purchase during lockdown was incredibly stressful if it hadn’t been for the help we had from Tom we would probably have given up as we weren’t getting information from anyone else, including our own solicitors.

Complaints Procedure
1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman\'s Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.
2. If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Office Manager or the Department Head at the address of the relevant office.
3. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established in-house Procedures, and a reply sent to you within 21 working days of receipt of your letter.
4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, you are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our Managing Director at the address given below:
