Callington is a country town in South East Cornwall within easy commuting distance of Plymouth. The Callington office is set in a prominent high street position which ensures great coverage of our residential and rental portfolios. The office is managed by Sam Elias, who has worked in estate agency for over 25 yea
rs and has an incredible in-depth knowledge of the local area and property market. Sam is supported by her enthusiastic and dedicated team, Angela Hunsdon, Josh Galvin & Amber Dore. The office is open until 6pm on weekdays and the only agent in the town to be fully staffed until 4pm on Saturdays. The team look forward to assisting you with your move.

I submitted offers on different houses for each chain both of which were marketed by Bradleys. After the first chain collapsed upon accepting an offer I viewed a different house in the same village again For Sale with Bradleys whom I warmed very much to on the first negotiation chapter, so I was very pleased to be dealing with the same friendly professional enthusiastic team at Bradleys of Callington.
What seemed to be a straightforward final chain proved very much otherwise: Bradleys were very supportive throughout assuring me they would ensure the legal exchange dates would still happen even with all the delays we experienced.
If you are considering moving home from the Callington environ, then give the team at Bradleys Estate Agents a call, they are a class above the rest.. "

Sometimes you don’t see the work an estate agent does in the background to secure your sale or purchase, but we found ourselves in a very slow, complicated and challenging chain. Sam Elias worked tirelessly to hold things together, managing the other estate agents up and down the chain as well as the solicitors. Her hard work flattened out numerous giant bumps in the road and meant that the sale (finally!) went through and we now have the home we desperately needed. Thank you!

Bradley's are a breathe of fresh air when it comes to Estate Agents in the Cornwall/ Devon area. They are caring, understanding and above all are genuinely interested in looking after both buyer and seller.
Sadly we have experienced what we can only be described as practices by some of their competitors that we thought had died out in the 1980's

The team have been so helpful every step of the way. Their customer service is brilliant, they are all so lovely and welcoming, and they have always been quick to respond to any questions or queries, regardless of how small. Complaints Procedure
1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman\'s Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.
2. If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Office Manager or the Department Head at the address of the relevant office.
3. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established in-house Procedures, and a reply sent to you within 21 working days of receipt of your letter.
4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, you are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our Managing Director at the address given below:
