Absolute nightmares that couldn't organise a prayer meet in a nunnery. They gave a move in date, took a security deposit, told me to use their tenants site to pay the first months rent and security deposit and when I logged in to donthat after they finally sent me the details, the outstanding balance was not there, with move-in day being the next day.
They informed me the landlady was taking control of the documentation herself, who then wasn't available to actually move us in until 7pm the next day which I couldn't do, which blundells argued was reasonable, but at the same time acknowledging that this was highly abnormal and outside of normal business hours. Blundells were adamant that the holding fee I'd paid was not refundable and would be deducted from the first months rent.
Apparently they didn't tell the landlady this, who was also asking for the holding fee in the total before moving in, which blundells were holding. One of their agents then completely u-turned on what the first agent was absolutely adamant about and said the holding fee was refundable, after they receive a tenancy agreement from the landlady who was also expecting a holding fee, essentially wanting to pay a holding fee twice.
No one at blundells seemed bothered about the legality of such, and kept trying to twist my words and blame me, stating I was being unreasonable in not being available at 7pm in the evening, and generally getting uppity about things which their other agents later tell me is untrue.
In short, no one there has a clue what they are doing, and aren't particularly interested in solving any problem for you, giving correct advice or legal instruction and can't be trusted for anything their agents tell you when it is so quickly u-turned on by others.

My emails were ignored for a year and only got back in touch with me at the end of tenancy when they needed something from me, my problems never acknowledged. Several staff emailed asking for the same information which I had already given to another member of staff, no coordination between staff and waste of my time. Flat was filthy when I moved in, reported this within the first 2 days of getting keys and was ignored. 4 more emails later I got a response saying they would look into it then nothing again all year and no more replies to emails. No care for tenants once they have your money. Terrible at their jobs.

Avoid This Letting Agency. I have used various letting agencies and Blundells have by far been the worst. I have spoken with a few previous customers who seem to share a similar experience. Really terrible staff with poor work ethics, after they have signed up to the contract they never want to hear from you again.
There are a lot of reasons why I would recommend avoiding this company, however one of the main issues is that I was fined for using my car parking space. Despite our tenants agreement showing that I had an allocated parking space.

Blundells were to provide a service to find a tenant. I indicated the services I wanted in the proposed contract for the service and I indicated that I had a deposit protection scheme and wanted to use this not Blundells. The first invoice issued included charges for services that were not relevant and not wanted so I asked for this to be amended. Since then I have had a number of invoices each different, each increasing and each not aligned with the services I wanted. I have complained formally through the process to Countrywide who then issued an even higher charge Blundells refused to give me the tenant deposit and put it in their own scheme. I have no confidence in Blundells. I would never use Blundells again

A month later the fridge has stopped working and nothing has been done about this for two weeks. It really was that bad, and I have lived in rentals since 1996 all over the UK. Blundells take the prize for worst letting agent I've ever dealt with.

First of all, if there was rating worse than terrible then that of what I would of chosen and I think they will still get 1 star (which is the lowest rating) but if no stars was an option then that is what I would choose. After paying £300 admin as a single person moving in to a one bedroom I would of expected nothing short of a phenomenal service but as I expected I experienced the exact opposite of this. Prior to moving in I rang Blundells with several queries, is Sky TV available in the premises, how can I arrange to have internet ready for when I move in, what kind of parking is available at the property, I also requested some cleaning to be carried out within the property prior to me moving in as when I viewed it, it was not in a satisfactory state ready for my arrival. Blundells didn't deal with absolutely any of these requests, they had no answers for my queries and made absolutely no attempt to find any answers for me and were of no help or assistance whatsoever. Also upon my arrival the cleaning that I had been promised was going to be carried out of course was not. It was clear that after they had charged their extortionate £300 their job was done as soon as I'd keyed in my pin number on their payment machine. Upon leaving my flat it took them 4 weeks to arrange for my deposit to be refunded even though they themselves had stated that I left the flat in immaculate condition. It then took a further 7 working days to enter my account and as I'm sure people can appreciate, I desperately needed the £650 deposit back in order to move into another flat. Upon finding a new flat I then needed a reference from Blundells which I stupidly thought would be free of charge as it can't possibly take more than about 30 seconds to complete. Unsurprisingly I was wrong and Blundells charged me £24 to complete this reference and they then advised that for this extortionate fee they would not be completing the reference immediately but they would do it within 48 hours which in itself is nothing short of a disgrace. However a week later it was brought to my attention that Blundells had not completed the reference. I called them and they advised that the request had not been sent through to their referencing department. As you could imagine I wasn't best pleased with this and I requested my money back and that the reference be completed immediately. I was then told that I would need to contact the branch I dealt with during my letting term to get the refund and that they couldn't get the reference done immediately but it would be done within another 48 hours. I then called the branch I originally dealt with and requested my money back that I had paid for the reference and also that the reference would be completed immediately. After this appalling customer service I thought they would do everything the could to appease me and put things right, I thought wrong. I was advised that they could not refund my money AND get the reference done immediately but that I had to choose one or the other. I didn't have time to argue any further so I chose the option of having my money back. I am still waiting for this and for the reference to be completed. * An absolutely disgusting company that will take you for all your worth at the drop of a hat.

I've been their customer for 2 years. It is terrible experience to deal with this agent however I'm living with my wife and a new born so it is really difficult for us to move again. Anyway here's why it is terrible.
1. They charges me 250 pound admi fee each time I renew my contract, which is 6 months long. Once they only allowed me a three months contract saying that the landlord was withdrawing the property, but after three months they told me that the landlord changed his mind and I could stay. However, as always, they charged me admi fee for renew the 3 months contract.
2. The maintenance service is horrible. Our water boiler can only work manually for more than a year, which means no hot water in the morning; the sink disposal unit has been leaking for half an year now and we are collecting the leaked water by a pan. Dozens of calls have been made but they always reply that the landlord has to think about it.
3. The house inspection is brutal and rude. This guy came at 8:00am in the morning, knocked the door heavily, despite that I mentioned earlier by email that we have a baby sleeping. After came in, he searched the rooms like a dog and talked loudly, which forced me to interrupt him several times. As I didn't allow him to search the room where my baby was sleeping, he made me another inspection appointment.
