This agency is appalling. We have been waiting for 3 days to have a pipe fixed in the flat - meaning we can not use the shower or the kitchen sink and we have had no heat for 2 days in the middle of winter. This agency is appalling. Unbelievable. Avoid Belvoir at all costs!

This is probably the worst letting agency I have ever come across. When we moved in the property wasn;t even clean!! Not a great start but many of the dozens of issues of the house have not being solved and we have been there for 1 year now. We have had slugs in the house, mice, mold, water... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
They have to improve their service drastically. It has been a real nightmare to deal with them.

If i pay the fees I expect them to at least pick up the Emergency Contact phone when there is water falling through all the light fixtures in the house.

This is probably the worst letting agency I have ever come across.
When we moved in the property wasn;t even clean!! Not a great start but many of the dozens of issues of the house have not being solved and we have been there for 1 year now.
We have had slugs in the house, mice, mold, water dripping over the light fixtures, leaks, holes in the floor, boiler broken for weeks. Not only the property is in the poorest estate and has some very serious structural issues, every time a new issues arises the emergency contact is not reachable, it takes 4 emails and a few angry calls to get anyone to even start doing something about it. This has been so mentally exhausting and frustrating. Even when you can actually get hold of them, they take and average of 2 weeks to even send a contractor, which tends to get into the property without your permission and do absolutely anything.
I would absolutely recommend to avoid this lettings agency if possible, they are the least efficient and professional agency I have ever seen.

DO NOT use Belvoir Stratford to let or to manage your property! They offer cheap rates but they do nothing for the fee you pay them. They never respond to my emails and only contact me to arrange unnecessary checks/servicing of your property, which I am inclined to believe they receive some form of commission for. They are unhelpful and have actually ripped me off on a few occasions with contractors visiting the property and carrying out unauthorised, extortionately expensive works, and they then ignore emails when these items are queried. Be warned, these guys are unprofessional and in my opinion they are crooks!
