We were initially recommended Belvoir as a managing agent for our property and have been with them for a number of years.
We can only give praise to the team as a whole for the excellent service they have provided during this period. They have been very professional in their interactions with us, responding to queries and questions is an efficient manner.
When there have been issues they have kept us fully up to date on these and also recommended 3rd parties who were able to help out in some of the areas that Belvoir don't cover as part of their service.
We couldn't rate them highly enough to look after your property!

The entire team was incredibly helpful, guiding us through every step of the rental process with care and efficiency. We were particularly impressed by their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring that our new home met all of our needs.
The apartment itself is a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The layout is spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing us with a cozy sanctuary to call our own. The modern amenities and tasteful decor create a welcoming atmosphere that instantly felt like home. We've found that the apartment is not only functional but also beautifully maintained, a testament to Belvoir's dedication to quality.

I have been working with Belvior now for 7 years and I can only say that I am so glad that I used this company. Not only did they assist me with buying my property to rent, ( not a big capitalist, just no pension!) but they have managed it from day one. They have kept everything up yo date, ensured that the tenant looks after everything nicely and they send me quarterly reports of the property with photos so I can see that all is well. They charge a fee, of course, but for my peace of mind and for the excellent service they offer, I think every penny is well worth it. I like it that they have linked with traders who can quickly and inexpensively repair and damage of renew anything that needs doing with no hassle for me. A fabulous company. Thank you so much .
