We have purchased and sold through Belvoir and both times the whole team were absolutely brilliant. We have also used 2 other local agents who were awful in comparison and they had the usual estate agent attitude but this is not the case at Belvoir. We have purchased and sold through Belvoir and both times the whole team were absolutely brilliant.
We have also used 2 other local agents who were awful in comparison and they had the usual estate agent attitude but this is not the case at Belvoir.
Sam was amazing and he went above and beyond to answer any questions or worries and he has a sincere love for his job.
I already have and always will 100% recommend these guys to anyone thinking of selling their property.

Stay clear of these agents, as the statement above says they are not worth the aggravation. They are dishonest, unprofessional, unreliable, please do not get in touch with them. I had to leave my flat before the end of the tenancy, 2 months notice and they said that everything was fine until a new tenant moves in. In 2 months no one visits the flat, no one. The flat was near Bournemouth... Read Full Review

The flat was near Bournemouth city centre. When I gave the keys and even by email the agent Luke said that all was fine and the deposit will be released in a few days but it was just a big lie. Very very unprofessional. Choose another agency, this is awful.
