Contacted Beercocks Estate agents advice on renovations & spoke to Amy Grantham with lots of questions - I was highly delighted when Amy rang back a few days later to arrange a valuer to attend the property in order to give us the advice we needed. I was expecting & happy to pay a fee, but they said no fee, be happy to help they could arrange a day when they would be in the area doing vaulations. This is obviously a very professional & caring company & guess whenever we are ready to sell, and could be a number of years - know exactly that these are the estate agents to use.
