They have been extremely helpful from the getgo. I have now got a property sold subject to contract and the process from putting my offer in to now has been really smooth and I have had no issues. They also recommend a mortgage advisor which has helped me so much along the way. Would definitely recommend and use beercocks again.

We had a property to sell , and Dawn came to view the property. She was very experienced estate agent/ value realtor , and due to this we sold within one month . The Kingswood’s Team helped to arrange a viewing for a larger property for our new home . The booking was done promptly and communication was excellent. The sale went smoothly and we had no issues as the Kingswood team kept everyone well informed.??

We explained our situation and amazingly managed to get all 4 viewings we wanted to see before the weekend booked in the same day! Jess was amazing at understanding what we wanted and making it easy for us. Even managing to let us go view them again for the second time before we decided on a property, it was no issue for them, no long waits to go back!
